When is a Design Sprint useful?
- Time is in short-supply
- The problem narrow and well defined
- Key stakeholders are accessible
Overview
What if you could condense months of design work into a single week? This is the premise behind the increasingly popular Google-inspired design method, "Design Sprint".
A design sprint is an intense five-day ‘sprint’ focused on solving a single problem. It’s incredibly useful for rapid solutions to well defined problems.
It requires a commitment for SMEs and key stakeholders to be available for a few days, and flexibility in answering questions.
